This evening I had a knock your doors off God encounter. I guess I write when this happens which is weird because I really don't like to. You see I have really believe God meets you where your at. Tonight it was in the shower. As thick as the steam in the room I felt God wrap around me like a blanket. It was that focused love. I didn't feel broken. Quite the opposite I felt empowered to take on the world. This is amazing as I think I always desire that but have yet to live in that place 100% of the time. I am taking some time to really press in because I really feel in the next thirty days if I focus then I know God will show up and pour those experiences out in my every day life and the peoples around me.

Focus No really Focus.
What do you see when your life is shown to you with the microscopic details of God's eye. When all your missed marks stick out like stubbed toes at 2 am throbbing just to let you know its there. When your brokenness resembles shattered fragments of broken glass, once used to see clearly now only to be used as a looking glass into your own frailty. What do you see when your perception feels like a trip to a house of mirrors skewing your perception of truth and self image.... You wait. When God feels a million miles away you run, You catch his eyes and run, and red faced and gasping for air you realize you are chasing the one thing you cant catch... why because he catches you. In that moment you understand that that microscope was not to concentrate conviction no it was to focus his love and he was just trying to find the best place to pour it out in you.
Aren't you a little old for high school
Ya, I just cant get past my freshman year though. I guess you go to West Valley I do ministry as a Chaplin there every Tuesday. come say hi I would love to talk.

West Valley High
Wow ministry is so amazing! We are now on West Valley High every Tuesday. There are some world changing Jesus lovers there. We get to hang for both lunches and have built relationships with kids we never would have had the chance to otherwise. There are new kids showing up at youth group and engaging God. Very cool. Our first lunch we hang with a few young people that we know from our youth group but second lunch something amazing happens. We know only a few kids. With hackie sack in hand we start kicking our way into a place of relationship with young people who self proclaimed they would never hang with us if they knew we were involved with the church before. God is so stinking sweet.
Ignite Anderson
Wow! What a experience it is to have a oppurtunity to Minister to young people in Anderson. We have had great oppurtunity to link up with Youth for Christ and get on to Anderson Middle School's campus to build relationships. We have had oppurtunity to see young people plug into youth groups including ours in the area as well. It excites me to see the body of Christ correctly functioning as we partner with the Church of Christ, and Cross Current to reach a generation of young people walk in the callings and giftings God has given them.
